Something about Losing Weight while you sleep
I suspect that you've heard about this idea of burning fat while you are sleeping.
Sounds good doesn't it?
How much would you pay to find out this weight loss secret?
I'll put a link here you can click if you want to find out.
In the mean time, I'll tell you for free!
The trouble is that as it's free you might think it's worthless information, so I'll still keep the link for you to pay some money and find out more. At least then you will have made a financial commitment and you are more likely to do something about it.
So here it is. Some of you will find it pretty unsavoury and will be glad you did not pay for it. Others will say they knew this already and still not take action.
Then there will be others who will take this small fragment of an idea and make it work for them and they will lose weight and think I am a hero.
Hopefully most of you will think that there is something in it, but not enough to work with so you will click the link and hand over a bit of cash for a fuller version of the story.
Unfortunately that is as far as most of you will go. I'll get a bit of cash, you'll read a bit of an ebook and then go on doing what you were doing before and remain the same.
Such is life. There's nowt as queer as folk. It's human nature.
On the other hand it could be the final piece in the jigsaw for you and it will make all of the difference in the world.
Success!
So here goes (finally).
Exercise.
That's the answer.
I know it sounds very:
disappointing; horrifying; not going to happen; obvious;
and many other words to you, but there it is. It's nothing new. It is probably why so many people are overweight nowadays. It's what they've been telling us for years.
Probably because it is true!
How ever bad it sounds, exercise help you to lose weight and actually causes you to burn fat while you are asleep.
There is no mystery in it and not magic spell or charm or potion.
Exercise causes your body to to do more work building muscles that were broken down during exercise so your metabolic rate is increased for many hours afterwards. As long as you have not eaten massive amounts of food in the meantime, it breaks into your fat reserves when it runs out of available energy.
It's as simple as that.
Of course there are many more reasons to exercise and it helps you to lose weight in other ways as well, but that's for another article
