You don't lose weight by going on a diet. You are always on a diet of some sort, just not the right one. You lose weight by making changes, to your diet, yes, but mainly to your whole self.
It starts between your ears.
It finishes between your ears.
Until you can control what's betweemn your ears you will not control anything in your life.
